Verdict: You do see immediate results. When it's rubbed into the skin, it balls up all the dead skins.
You will notice softer and brighter skin after the first use, and it's less abrasive than regular exfoliants.
This also allows your normal skin product to be absorbed by the skin more easily. Not so sure about the firming and toning of the skin, maybe it requires continued use to see those results. But nonetheless a great product.

The units photolight therapy comes complete with 3 different color wavelengths. Each color targets a specific skin function.

The warmth created also improves blood circulation and collagen to reduce wrinkles and make skin more elastic and smooth.
Blue: Has skin penetration of 0.5mm and has the function calming skin, skin rashes or irritations and balance sebum (oil) production. The blue light can also tighten loose skin. Suitable for sensitive and oily skin types and effectively decreases acne.

Micro

Needle Lengths

1.0mm, 1.5mm – Deep stretch marks, cellulite and deep scarring. 1.5mm is the maximum needle length recommended for use on face.
2.0mm, 3.0mm – Severe cases of deep scars and wrinkles, rejuvenation of ruined skin.
The day after the first use:
(Your skin will be slightly red after the frist use, however redness will subdue within the hour.)

Things to remember
Never share your roller with anyone
Thoroughly clean the roller after each use ( water & rubbing alcohol )
Carefully store the roller in the storage unit to ensure the needles do not get damaged
Examine the needles after each use, do not use if needles are bent
Tool is meant to roll on the skin surface, do not DRAG.
Needles on the roller may become blunt after continued use, it is advised to replace the roller for optimum results.
